Terms and Conditions

Nonrefundable booking deposit of €100 per house is required to reserve accommodation.
This deposit then doubles as your security deposit while staying at the house and will be refunded less ESB (electricity) charged within 7 days of your departure.
Full payment is required 4 weeks before arrival.

Notice of cancellation must be in writing. The final charges then apply:
Over 6 weeks before date of arrival: Booking Deposit
6-2 weeks before date of arrival: 50%
Less than 2 weeks: 100%
It is strongly advised that clients take out holiday insurance to cover the possibility of cancellation charges.

Electricity is an extra charge payable by the client. The charge is based on the individual meter reading and it is recommended that the cost per unit be checked at the outset.

The home must be left as it is found and cost of repairs to or the replacement of property will be the responsibility of the client and if appropriate deducted from the security deposit.

To avoid loss of your security deposit the house must be left clean, including all appliances.

Departure time is 10:00 am. Possession of the house may be taken between 16:00 and 20:00hrs.

Rental of house may be terminated with no refund at the discretion of the supervisor if the occupiers behave in a disruptive manner, cause a nuisance or disturbance or cause damage to the property.

The company is not responsible for any loss of valuables left in the home during the stay and on departure.

The Supervisor or any officer may at all reasonable times visit the home during the stay and on departure.

The number of persons stated on the reservation form must not be exceeded in any circumstances - maximum 6 people.

Dogs/Pets are not allowed in the home.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, this must be made to the Supervisor immediately and rectified before departure.
